Course overview:

Medical Imaging Technology is a study of the techniques to perform Imaging of the human beings in Radiology Department like X-ray, CT scan, MRI etc. for diagnosis of Diseases. In India the number of Hospitals with Radiology Department with X-ray, CT Scan, MRI & Mammography facilities might be more than a Lac, for these Health Care Institutes qualified ‘Medical Imaging Technologists’ are in great demand. These technologists work as a part of a team with Radiologists, Physicians, Surgeons & other medical specialists.

The Curriculum of this course has been intelligently designed, developed and monitored by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) to produce skilled personalities to meet with the requirements for job opportunities across various health care institutes in India as well as abroad.

Duration : 2 Years–Full Time
Eligibility Criteria : H.S.C. (Min 40 %)
